Policy for E-courses purchased from Zinbal App

[This policy is applicable on the in-app purchase made through the Zinbal App available on Play Store(Android) & App Store(iOS).]

Zinbal EdTech Pvt. Ltd. may offer discounts on our products and services from time to time. Please note that we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any discounts at any time without prior notice. We may also change the terms and conditions of any discount offers. The price of our products and services may or may not reflect the discounted price. Discounts cannot be combined with additional discounts.

 

Cancellation

Please note that Zinbal does not provide any cancellation for E-courses purchased through our app. Once you have purchased an E-course, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferable. We encourage you to carefully review all the details of the E-course before making your purchase to ensure that it meets your needs. The price of our products and services may or may not reflect the discounted price. Discounts cannot be combined with additional discounts.

 

Return or Exchange

At Zinbal Store, we understand the importance of providing our customers with quality products. Therefore, we offer a standard warranty of 2 days (unless stated otherwise on the product page) to safeguard against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 2 days from the shipment date. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for exchanges and returns, but we will reimburse you after verifying the defect. We will repair or replace the damaged products at no additional cost to you, and we’ll even cover the shipping expenses. If we are unable to provide a replacement because the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover products that have been misused, subjected to static discharge, neglected, modified, or altered in any way. (Please note that the return or exchange duration mentioned on the product page will be applicable, if not mentioned
then the standard duration is 2 days.) 
If the product is defective, damaged, or broken, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund. For return or refund claims regarding non-working products, please provide testing proof of the product received from us.

 

To make a valid Return & Exchange Request, please apply by creating ticket on support page or you can send an email to  info@zinbal.com. We will process your request and notify you of the approval or rejection. Requests made after a valid duration from the purchase date will not be accepted.

 

Cancellation or Change 

To make changes to your order or cancel it, simply reach out to us at  info@zinbal.com. Our Customer Service team will respond to your request within one business day. Please note that orders can only be modified or cancelled if they are still in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. At Zinbal Store, we take our quality policy seriously, and as a result, we are unable to provide order cancellations or returns without a valid reason.

 

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a minimum of 7 working days for the refund to be processed, and the timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies. We will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible.

 

Banking Charges

Please be aware that you are responsible for paying for any banking charges associated with returning your product. These banking costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of banking will be
deducted from your refund.

 

Limit of responsibility

As we deal in electric components, it is important to note that we do not accept responsibility for any damage caused due to improper use of our products. It is essential to follow proper electrical polarity when connecting electrical components to avoid any potential risks or damages. At Zinbal Store, we strive to provide tutorials and articles along with our products to help our customers. However, we want to make it clear that we are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to the information provided in our content. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in our tutorials and articles, but ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to use the product correctly and

safely. Also, please note that the components used in the tutorial may be different from the ones you receive due to the availability of similar components in the market. We assure you that the product you receive will be according to the specification or descriptions given on the product page.
