Shipping Policy
· We ship products all over India.
· We use reputed courier companies including Bluedart, Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, Xpress Bees, and others for safe and fast delivery.
· Delivery times:
Metro cities: 2-5 working days.
Rest of India: 4-7 working days.

· If the product is in stock, we dispatch it within 48 hours of your order. If not, we will inform you by email about the availability within 2-3 days.
· Order dispatch may delay during public holidays or festival session.
· If we are unable to deliver the product through courier, we will use India Post for delivery.
· Please note that any delay caused by the courier company or India Post is not our responsibility.
· If the product is defective, damaged, or broken, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund.
· For return or refund claims regarding non-working products, please provide testing proof of the product received from us.
· Shipping charges are extra and depend on the weight and quantity of the product. The shipping charges will be automatically calculated when you purchase a product.
· If reverse pickup has been arranged for defective/damaged products, we can initiate a refund/replacement after receiving the products back.
· For reverse pickup, we will send the shipping label of the courier to your email ID. The label should be pasted on the box with the original packaging.
· Returns and warranty details, if any, are mentioned on the product information page.
· We accept returns in case of wrong product delivery within 2 days, as long as the product is returned with the original packaging.
